Kebijakan Privasi

Kebijakan ini menjelaskan bagaimana aplikasi Android CMS (CPM Monitoring System) mengumpulkan, menggunakan, menyimpan, dan melindungi data. Aplikasi dikembangkan dan dikelola oleh Hasanah Dev (in collaboration with CV Celebes Pro Media) (“kami”).

CMS adalah aplikasi kerja internal untuk petugas lapangan program pemasangan dan monitoring LT (THL dan Team Leader). Akun dibuat oleh administrator program; aplikasi tidak ditujukan untuk masyarakat umum dan tidak menyediakan pendaftaran mandiri.

1. Data yang kami kumpulkan

Jenis data	Rincian
Data akun	Nama, username, email, nomor telepon, peran, dan wilayah kerja yang diisi administrator. Kata sandi disimpan dalam bentuk terenkripsi (hash).
Data perangkat	ID perangkat yang dibuat aplikasi, model HP, versi Android, dan versi aplikasi. Satu akun hanya dapat aktif di satu perangkat yang disetujui administrator.
Lokasi presisi (GPS)	Koordinat, akurasi, dan waktu GPS saat Anda melakukan check-in di toko, mengambil foto dokumentasi, atau mengirim verifikasi lapangan. Aplikasi juga mendeteksi lokasi palsu (mock location).
Foto dari kamera	Foto dokumentasi yang diambil melalui kamera di dalam aplikasi: tampak depan toko, formulir FB01, bukti pembayaran, serah terima, kontrak, pemasangan, survei, kondisi LT, serta foto bersama pemilik toko. Setiap foto disertai waktu, lokasi, dan sidik digital (hash) untuk mencegah pemalsuan.
Data kunjungan dan toko	Hasil kunjungan, status LT, jawaban survei, spesifikasi layar, nama toko di lapangan, dan catatan verifikasi.
Data insentif	Nominal insentif, nama penerima, dan metode pembayaran yang dicatat saat insentif diserahkan kepada pemilik toko.
Data teknis	Waktu kejadian di perangkat, status antrean sinkronisasi, alamat IP, dan catatan aktivitas (log audit) untuk keamanan dan penelusuran masalah.

Foto dan data toko dapat memuat informasi pemilik toko (misalnya nama penerima insentif atau wajah pada foto bersama). Petugas wajib meminta izin pemilik toko sebelum mengambil foto tersebut.

2. Izin aplikasi

Lokasi presisi — untuk memastikan kunjungan dilakukan di lokasi toko. Lokasi diambil saat check-in, saat mengambil foto, dan saat mengirim verifikasi.
Kamera — untuk mengambil foto dokumentasi langsung di dalam aplikasi.
Internet — untuk login, mengunduh paket kerja, dan mengirim data. Aplikasi tetap dapat dipakai tanpa sinyal; data dikirim otomatis saat perangkat kembali online.

3. Tujuan penggunaan data

Menjalankan program: rute kunjungan, pencatatan pemasangan dan monitoring LT, serta verifikasi oleh Team Leader.
Memastikan keabsahan data: pengecekan radius lokasi, deteksi lokasi palsu, foto duplikat, dan anomali lainnya.
Menghitung dan menyalurkan insentif kepada pemilik toko, serta rekonsiliasi saldo petugas.
Laporan kinerja program untuk pengelola program.
Keamanan akun: pengikatan satu perangkat per akun dan pencatatan aktivitas.

Kami tidak menjual data dan tidak menggunakannya untuk iklan.

4. Berbagi data

Pengelola program (Admin, Team Leader, dan penanggung jawab program) dapat melihat data sesuai peran dan wilayah kerjanya melalui dashboard CMS.
Penyedia layanan infrastruktur yang memproses data atas nama kami: penyedia server dan Cloudflare (jaringan serta penyimpanan foto). Mereka tidak boleh menggunakan data untuk keperluan lain.
Kewajiban hukum: bila diwajibkan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan atau permintaan resmi otoritas yang berwenang.

5. Keamanan data

Semua komunikasi menggunakan koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS).
Akses dibatasi dengan token login yang terikat pada perangkat yang disetujui, serta hak akses per peran dan wilayah.
Foto disimpan di penyimpanan privat dan hanya dapat dibuka melalui tautan sementara.
Data bukti (kunjungan, verifikasi, foto) dicatat permanen beserta riwayat perubahannya untuk mencegah manipulasi.

6. Penyimpanan dan retensi

Data disimpan selama program berjalan dan hingga 12 bulan setelah program berakhir untuk keperluan audit dan penyelesaian insentif. Setelah itu data kunjungan, verifikasi, dan foto dihapus secara permanen. Data di perangkat dihapus saat Anda keluar (logout) atau menghapus aplikasi, setelah semua data terkirim.

7. Hak Anda dan penghapusan data

Anda dapat meminta akses, perbaikan, atau penghapusan data pribadi Anda dengan cara:

Mengirim email ke [email protected] dengan subjek “Permintaan Data CMS”, berisi nama, username, dan permintaan Anda; atau
Menghubungi administrator program Anda.

Kami akan menanggapi dalam waktu 14 hari kerja. Akun yang dihapus tidak dapat lagi masuk ke aplikasi. Data kunjungan, foto, dan insentif yang terkait penyaluran dana dapat tetap disimpan hingga masa retensi berakhir (bagian 6) karena diperlukan untuk audit; data tersebut tidak digunakan untuk keperluan lain.

8. Anak-anak

Aplikasi ini hanya untuk petugas program berusia 18 tahun ke atas dan tidak ditujukan untuk anak-anak.

9. Perubahan kebijakan

Kebijakan ini dapat diperbarui. Perubahan berlaku sejak dipublikasikan di halaman ini dengan tanggal berlaku yang baru.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This policy explains how the CMS (CPM Monitoring System) Android app collects, uses, stores, and protects data. The app is developed and operated by Hasanah Dev (in collaboration with CV Celebes Pro Media) (“we”).

CMS is an internal work app for field staff of an LT installation and monitoring program (field officers and Team Leaders). Accounts are created by the program administrator; the app is not intended for the general public and has no self sign-up.

1. Data we collect

Data type	Details
Account data	Name, username, email, phone number, role, and work area entered by the administrator. Passwords are stored hashed.
Device data	An app-generated device ID, phone model, Android version, and app version. Each account can be active on one device approved by the administrator.
Precise location (GPS)	Coordinates, accuracy, and GPS time when you check in at a store, take documentation photos, or submit a field verification. The app also detects mock locations.
Camera photos	Documentation photos taken with the in-app camera: store front, FB01 form, payment proof, handover, contract, installation, survey, LT condition, and a photo with the store owner. Each photo includes time, location, and a digital fingerprint (hash) to prevent tampering.
Visit and store data	Visit outcome, LT status, survey answers, screen specifications, store name as found, and verification notes.
Incentive data	Incentive amount, recipient name, and payment method recorded when an incentive is handed to the store owner.
Technical data	Device event times, sync queue status, IP address, and activity (audit) logs for security and troubleshooting.

Photos and store data may include information about store owners (for example the incentive recipient’s name or a face in the photo with the owner). Field staff must ask the store owner’s permission before taking such photos.

2. App permissions

Precise location — to confirm visits happen at the store. Location is taken at check-in, when taking photos, and when submitting a verification.
Camera — to take documentation photos inside the app.
Internet — to sign in, download work packages, and send data. The app works offline; data is sent automatically when the device is back online.

3. How we use data

Running the program: visit routes, recording LT installation and monitoring, and Team Leader verification.
Ensuring data validity: location radius checks, mock-location detection, duplicate photos, and other anomalies.
Calculating and paying incentives to store owners, and reconciling field staff balances.
Program performance reports for program management.
Account security: one device per account and activity logging.

We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Data sharing

Program management (Admin, Team Leaders, and program supervisors) can view data according to their role and work area in the CMS dashboard.
Infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf: our server provider and Cloudflare (network and photo storage). They may not use the data for other purposes.
Legal obligations: when required by law or an official request from a competent authority.

5. Data security

All communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Access is limited by sign-in tokens bound to an approved device, and by role- and area-based permissions.
Photos are kept in private storage and can only be opened through temporary links.
Evidence data (visits, verifications, photos) is recorded permanently with its change history to prevent manipulation.

6. Storage and retention

Data is kept while the program runs and for 12 months after the program ends for audit and incentive settlement. After that, visit, verification, and photo data are permanently deleted. Data on the device is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app, after all data has been sent.

7. Your rights and data deletion

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by:

Emailing [email protected] with the subject “CMS Data Request”, including your name, username, and request; or
Contacting your program administrator.

We respond within 14 business days. A deleted account can no longer sign in to the app. Visit, photo, and incentive records tied to fund disbursement may be kept until the retention period ends (section 6) because they are required for audit; they are not used for any other purpose.

8. Children

The app is only for program staff aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when published on this page with a new effective date.
